If Mo continues to get nowhere with the board, it may be a good idea for Mo to start buying shares now. The majority of small shareholders will sell once they know the reasons, & Mo can work on the larger shareholders (Robbie !?)

Welcome to our world. Neither MC nor any other serious investor, like the current £250K on offer, can buy shares, the board do not allow it. This has been running since Dec, hence all the hastle. The EGM is in sight.

Thank you Legalbeagle for NOT answering my Q in this thread

Dear NWL,

My apologies but at the moment finding time to follow every post and respond is proving time consuming given demands at work and home.

Mo has pledged to invest £1.2M cash now for 51% of the new shares. Mo has advised he has further funds to invest up to £5M subject to due diligence over the life of the business plan (5 years) by a combination of preferential directors loans and/or equity. The investment will compliment an improved business performance all round (the bid is not just about money). The investment is not intended to just prop up poor performance and losses. Whether Mo (or others) are prepared to invest more over time remains to be seen and is to some extent speculative given circumstances as they are today. I suspect the more success we have, the more willing Mo and others may be to invest over time.

I hope this clarifies.

Kind Regards
