Chaudry: bidders should reveal their identities

Potential Port Vale bidder Mo Chaudry has sparked a debate by criticising a "lack of transparency" from other bidders for the football club. Chaudry has yet to make a bid for the Valiants but is widely expected to do so … Continue reading →

Why do they need to come forward Mo?.... Just because you did last season it doesn't mean others have to.

Also Mo, have you come forward and told us your new plans or are they same as last season?

It means nothing telling the fans everything about what you want to do with the Club, as i would imagine all of them will say the same kind of thing. We will get the Club back to what it should be, we will provide a decent budget for the Manager and we want to get out of this League etc......

It will not be up to us if they get in or not, so let the Admin guys do their job and let them decide.

They will have had all the details from the interested parties, proof of funding, speaking with them over the weeks so i think they will make the correct decision.

6pm Friday now, deadline is Monday Noon, have you put your bid forward Mo?

Get it in, win the Club or shut up...

Years of wanting the previous Board out, and a single owner run club, yet a lot are still thinking they should have a say...

Personally if I was interested in buying Vale or any other club for that matter I would want people to be on board with me from the off. Public opinion matters in what is not just an entertainment business but also an important element of the local community.

Annonimity is fine to a point but I do feel there needs to be positivity generated amongst the rank and file support after all it is they who will provide the lifeblood finance for this business going forward.

I do agree with Mo to a point, particularly with the blatant disregard for what was/ still is the Customer base (WE the fans) and the way the last regime carried out affairs.

For me this is the most crucial decision in Vale's history, get this wrong and there will be no third chance.

Still can't believe the pricing policy laid out by the Administrators £21.50/ £22.50 per game - I hope this is not a sign of things to come?

Good post. For bidders to start their relationship with fans from behind a shroud of secrecy is not encouraging IMHO
