HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Just a "stopper"??? You're seriously saying that Dean Glover would have had the ability in this day and age to captain a successful club and also his country for so long? Terry has more class on the pitch than pwople give him credit for. He's often very calm on the ball and never feels pressured. He's composed and has everything in his locker, which is what has had him playing at the top of his game for so many years.

Where as say Torquay will have Howe and Atieno up front and Shrewsbury probably Collins and Gornell.

 

Basically Davis had a nice steady debut in terms of only marking Nathan Elder.

Joe did well, he's no prima donna.

 

With having his dad and brother in the game, he's got the right influences around him to knuckle down and get on with things, and pick himself up if he makes mistakes.

 

I remember his old man being a top player at Burnley for many a year.

 

I just hope and pray if he makes a mistake he isn't hung out to dry by the morons at the club.

If Joe puts in another good performance, I don't think it'd be fair to put McDonald back in for Shrewsbury.
