Of the football creditors, whoever is owed the most is first in line, I hope for you that none of MOLD have managed to get themselves tot he front of the queue so to speak.

My take on tonights gate receipts is, if we go into administration tomorrow morning, which is more than likely after this afternoons Council meeting, tonights gate receipts will go to the administrator, as the money will not be in the clubs account until tomorrow.

How would any of them be regarded as football creditors?!!! Do you know how this works?! They are directors and in no way would they be regarded as football creditors.

 

Some people on here seem to be suggesting that even if admin comes later this week rather than today somehow Perry is going to be sat with a biscuit tin ready to do a runner. Honestly, some of you need to get a ****ing grip. We WILL be in admin by the end of the week - do you not think that the very first thing the administrators will do will, be to get a handle on the most recent cashflow transactions? If there's £10k missing in gate money then there will be criminal charges! Do you not think the accounts are going to be investigated with a fine toothed comb?

 

If we are liquidated then fans like these will be partly culpible.

How can any of the Vale directors be creditors? If anything, they will be personally liable for the guarantees should they be called in by the bank, and the administrator will be after Pezza for the money he OWES the club for the nil paid shares in his name.
