Mo is the obvious choice but the administrator will need to hear his new proposal and any others that are put on the table.

Charles Machin I believe is a barrister, if any of this ever gets to court and Bratt is in the dock, I can guess who would love to be prosecuter fiscal.

Several threads on this subject at the moment so I will re-iterate a very controversial thought that one William Amos Bratt might still be a name we will be hearing of on this subject.

 

Why? His known (shall we say) dislike of Mo Choudry. I believe and have said to others that Bill would probably rather have had the late Osma Bin Laden or Colonel Gadaffi than Mo at the time he made his bid. I stand by that thought because such is his apparent contempt and hatred of the man.

 

I can see him trying to get a consortium with some fellow minded supporters (and we know who these are) to launch a bid to buy out the club. As far fetched as this seems it is not impossible because there will probably not be many buyers in the frame for Port Vale. At the end of the day, the Administrator will accept the best offer whoever makes it and if his (with others) was, despite all the anger and recriminations, he would get it and Mo would never get the club.
