Agreed, I hope he knows nothing and isn't culpable of any illegalities IF they have taken place.

 

On the other hand I would be delighted if Lloyd, Oliver, Miller, Deakin, Bratt, Meigh, Jackson et al are culpable for any possible illegalities.

Or IF what he is saying is the truth even if it incriminates someone.Then it would be unfair dismissal.

the time for perspective has long past mel

 

lodey has been privvy to all the goings on and has chosen to keep council even though he knew it was to the detrement of the club

 

 

anyway for me lodey is not the focus, but is very much part of the problem at the moment unfortunatley i just hope he has no regrets when his time is done at the club

Point 1) As club secretary everything that goes on in the club has to go through him, in law no one person can write cheques in a business thats wht under V2001 it was Bratt and Lodey that wrote the cheques..

 

Point 2) There are not just a few cards tha Lodey is holding onto regarding the club, he has a casino full of decks and for that reason he deems himself to be untouchable.

 

He know whats gone on since Bellys days and thats his insurance at the minute, he doesnt want administration or an EGM because once the new faces come in he is in effect gone. That for me is when you will see the real Bill Lodey, because he has his big house to maintain.
