Easily my favourite player of this season.

 

Don't you just love those side-footed hoofs up in the air from defence?:D

 

He does look like the type of player that would be a donkey, but is actually superb for us.

 

It's great getting a 'BOOOM' from the whole crowd when he scores as well.

Runs like he's got 2 pulled hamstrings but his improvement since MA walked through the door has been superb.

Occasionally he gets caught out for pace, but his positioning is usually so good that it is a rarity when it happens.

 

He's definitely come on in leaps and bounds over the last 12 months or so, and along with Gareth Owen and Marc Richards should be one of the first names on the team-sheet.

Compared to last season Griffith has been generally ***** from what I've seen!

 

For some reason he seems to have wanted to become more of a box to box midfielder at times, and it just doesn't suit him.

 

When he wins the ball from the opposition and keeps it simple there isn't many better in League Two in that role. I also think we need him in the team far more away from home than at Vale Park.
