Shareholders Letter

Just checked the post this morning and I still have not received the shareholders letter from the SC. It normally takes three days for a letter from the UK to get here. Anyone else not received it?

 

Has the SC concluded this process or is it still ongoing?

I believe there is plenty going on down behind the scenes.

 

Moving forward legally and requisitioning all takes time. The most important thing is to get things right. There is a meeting of the SC tonight so I would expect it to be updating fans and shareholders at the meeting

It's the one I read about where the SC were writing to all shareholders asking for their support for legal proceedings and the calling of an EGM. From the Sentinel dated 7/1:

 

The supporters’ club will also write to the club’s 900-plus shareholders to appeal for their support in their wish to launch legal proceedings.

 

The letter will also ask for their formal backing towards the EGM bid.

 

I received a PM about this and I'll ask for an electronic copy if necessary.

I had one weeks back with about 6 no brainer questions on it. Are your details with the shareholder's register up to date and have you emailed Pete Williams / PVSC?

Hi Pete. Yes my details are correct and I'll email the SC, even if I've no doubt at all that there is overwhelming support for both legal proceedings and an EGM.

Any new shareholders may not have received a letter as the board have been obstructive in allowing access to shareholder information.

I've been a shareholder for many years.

 

It's no big deal. There's a way around this. I was just curious why this is the first time I've not received anything.

In that case probably lost in the post. Just contact the SC and get hold of copy. You can then sign up to back an EGM and for taking legal action against the board if that is your desire.
