Ex-players playing.

Saw a few mentions pop up in match reports yesterday. Good old Jordan came up with the goods against Stoke, Hannant won MOTM playing for Cambridge and Dodds was an unused sub for Chorley.

This one from BBC Sport made me shudder.

Quote

Scott Quigley and Dior Angus wasted good chances before JJ Hooper's header brought Wrexham level after the break.

I see the one and only LOUIS DODDS still hasn't found his level. No starts 6 sub appearances and no goals.

Admittedly he’s past his sell by date now, but he’s still high up the list of all time record goal scorers for Port Vale.

some people need to remember that.

Saw enough of Hooper and Quigley to know they aren't coming back up the league. Havent seen enough of Angus so jury still out on him.

You're right 18th on the list but at the lowest rate per game on the list provided. He was a good servant to the club the first time around but I would think for him to come up here to Chorley they must have paid him a bit for a club their size. Given he hasn't started a game and they're close to the bottom he obviously hasn't had the effect they'd hope for. I suppose he could have been injured.
