Grewy is very cute and thinks only of number 1.As soon as the shat hits the fan he relinqueshes his duties to concentrate on coaching the youth team.Again.He had his chance in the hotseat last season and made an abortion of trying to keep us in the play offs. He's that far up Adams' **** that he would get 1st prize in a fancy hat competition. But if the wheels start to fall of the Mickey Adams bandwaggon then expect Grew to bail out at the first opportunity.

Heard Mark Grew on the radio this morning and tonight while on way home from work.He was on about the teams form, the league position. But i was under the impression that only the CEO and/or the manager would be making statements.

So is he CEO or manager?

Or have we been mislead again?

What a load of BS, Grew should be commended for his loyalty to Vale over the years.

You criticise Vale when they don't communicate and get confused when they do !

Why shouldn't the assistant manager do interviews ? Every other assistant manager in the English game does ?!

I think OVF needs to add an age and IQ to everyone's user name...some of the **** written on here comes from severely intellectually challenged minds...

I agree but I understand the original point that the club consistently says one thing and does another.

My problem with Grew is that he regularly talks the talk like a contributor to the cause but seems unable to take responsibility for the results. How many management regimes has he now been involved with and yet he always turns up like the bad penny he is in the next soon-to-be failed regime.

Which part of the "real issues in hand" doesn't involve unprofessional leadership?

Oh come off it, that's not my point. I'm as pro-change as a lot of people, but having a benny because the assistant manager has been on the radio talking about football issues is bit pathetic in my opinion. Grew can talk all he wants to about the team as far as I'm concerned, him doing so is not likely to sway those in support of the board. What is likely to sway those is proof that Miller and Deakin haven't bought their shares, for which the wheels are in motion.

Threads like this just make those who are pro-change look petty, and quite frankly a bit stupid. In the grand scheme of things it's minor irrelevance.

I am aware that the wheels are more than in motion and you should not assume that the bigger picture is in anyway being neglected, but some people in the meantime need pointing out that these people couldn't run a chip shop (apologies to chip shop owners).

It is a shame that you have to moan about your fellow Vale fans being pathetic, petty and stupid - and that's just the ones you largely agree with! Chill out and let people say what they want to. You don't have to read it.
