It happens at every single ground in the country, players have to be above it. Unfortunately we have certain players who bottle it when under pressure and I go back to Bournemouth away 2 seasons ago and since.

Correct, Why dont they actually try playing well at home, then there will be a great atmosphere and no groaning like against Northampton. But seriously they should be able to cope really

With respect magic it's easy to play well against poorer sides, getting results and performances against the teams at the top are the indicators of a good team, something we have failed at to date.

It's like last season, when the pressure is on we have too many players who hide and this hasn't been rectified. We've heard it again tonight with players commenting its easier to play away where is less pressure, if they can't handle the pressure of 4500 fans its time to pack in!

I can't help thinking back to the time quite recently when we played Notts County off the park - and Shrewsbury too.....but then bottled it or lost against the smaller teams.....and then there was the Brooker / McPhee season where we beat all the top teams and failed to make the playoffs because we were hopeless against the minor teams.....

I don't think it's lack of bottle or lack of ability against top half sides I think it's just inconsistency - and that's more annoying, because they are paid not to be.....

We are talking about the here and now though which shows we can't beat the top teams, but when we thump a struggling team everyone suddenly thinks everything is hunkydory. All I heard last week was Grew saying how could we were and Richards saying we we going to get promotion etc, Saturday showed their hype to be baseless.
