Seems that the majority of people here are taken some sort of perverse pleasure in the current plight of Vale. Surely, regardless of what's happening regarding certain attempted takeovers of the club, the main priority is that Vale get promoted out of this league this season!!! Some of the people arguing that they stay down as it will hasten the exit of the current regime obviously haven’t got Vales interests at heart.

 

With 3 home games in a week, all vital that we win, lets put the current negativity around the club on hold, lets get behind the entire team and the manager and even put these pre and post match protests on hold. The negative effect it is having at Vale is evident for all to see, anything less than 7 points over the next week and its another season in this dog of a league me thinks.

If we go up, the board will still have to cut the wage budget to trying to rake some of the debt back, so how long do you think it will be before we are at the bottom of league 1 attracting crowds of 3000. Most people can see this if we go up under the current regime we are just prolonging the inevitable.
