A better balanced looking bench. Off out into the garden with a beer and valiant player. Probably for the last time this year. Come on Vale, don't balls up the end of me summer.

 

Ayup CP, I'm not going to listen to this game - the nerves are a tad jangled. Instead I'm going to watch the rugby league - checking back around 4.30ish...

That's the starting line up, Martin in goal I think.

 

Decent line up, but I'm just confused about what Dodds has to do to start. Two decent games, scored a good goal last weekend... looked like he might have actually scored 2. I don't see why Dodds is on the Bench and Pope starts. Pope and Richards are too similar and surely aren't the best people to play together. Again, I hope he proves me wrong, but so far I'm not rating Pope...

Quite surprised at the team today, but Micky knows better than I do (and that is not meant to be sarcastic) - but the bench has mega-power and I feel we might just have a great second half. One problem last week was that the team seemed to lose something after substitutions had been made, this time it could be the opposite. Come on Vale, come on MA, get those points!

Doesn't always work like that thou, they WILL pick up points sometime.

 

The club are at rock bottom. They have a 16 yr old up front, and the players moral is as bad as it can be as they haven't been paid for 9 months and some are going to lose their homes soon if not sorted. They are bottom with just one point. If we lose it would be unacceptable.
