Well before this 1.2 million from America which must be 2 x 24.9%....both

Mark Sims and Mo Chaudry offered 600k each which was 24.9% each.

After this 1.2 million then Mark Sims and Mo Chaudry would need 1.2 million for 24.9% which despite the American deal would be 2.4 million in new money and record investment.....which would mean a total of 3.6 million in new money and Mark Sims and Mo Chaudry along with the Robbie Williams shareholding would have a majority in the Boardroom.

Port Vale would then be one of the richest clubs outside the Championship and would have Mark Sims and Mo Chaudry at the helm to drive the club forward.

This would be the ideal situation BA,not sure if Mo would pay 1.2 m for 24.9% ,when he offered 1.2m for 51% before and also have to put up with Lloyd and possibly 2 directors he wouldn't want.Of course Lloyd or any of the other 2 could get voted off in the future but that would scupper any future investment from USA.
