A question to all pro-boarders

This is directed to markymark, RobbieH, kingvaliant and wayneamyloo etc, who all say that we should keep the board because they are Vale fans and care about the club. So a question for you based on that.

 

Who would you rather join the board of Port Vale?

• The Board backed American firm Ameriturf lead by QPR fan Brian Malczak
  
• Die-hard Port Vale supporters Mark Sims and Nigel Meakin
  

 

I'd defiantly support Ms but not going too happen so I support the club (not the board) I just want to go watch football each week or as often as I can.. but still classed as a pro boarder.. Some simple minds don't understand my ways either

And thaw what I do.. But don't agree how as stated above some anti boarders want the club too do bad, so they deserve too be not listened too and not taken seriously, just looks bad for your cause....

Damn.... I must have misread your post

I have not met any of the people mentioned and I can't therefore make a judgement. I know this is a tough thing to say, and I could be wrong, but I am content to ride the Lloyd - Deakin horse and see where it takes the club. I think that the presence of two commercially orientated and well connected people at the top of the club now are opening doors and there are signs of better fortune for the club.

 

Deakin and Lloyd and commercially orientated aren't words that should be used together. Selling the family silverware for whatever they can get for it isn't commericially orienated. Stadium naming rights for 10 years can be bought for £25k a year, speak to Mr Deakin he'll sort you out and probably throw in 500 season tickets as well.

 

Selling out to unknown americans represented by a property developing QPR fan and his sidekick without shareholder consultation and for less than £400k isn't commercially orientated.

 

These people are taking our club to the brink and putting it in hoc to anyone and everyone for a long time to come.
