i dont want to get into another debate really about my thoughts on the politics at the vale but what i am getting really really hacked off at on here is that people are literally trying to toothcomb every single thing surrounding the club and turn it into a negative topic and a chance to further make a dig and slag off the board and its getting beyond a joke, people know where their views lie but surely there has to be a cap from the admin team for the amount of negative stuff on here, *** ! Its less than a week before the season starts and even though im not naive to think there is unrest please please can we stop with the points scoring against the board and try to mix it up with some positives because im getting a bit tired of it tbh and eventually other people will and there will be no1 to argue with, regardless as to wether i support the campaigns (which i dont) u will not ruin my buildup to the new season, i just think folk need to calm it down on the negative stuff every single topic its becoming something of a bore now, moan over ...... Vpv

VPV, we understand your unhappiness and we as admins try our best to ensure a fair and equitous forum. But where our biggest frustration lies is in going off-topic. Given the numbers of threads and posts on this matter, it is nigh on impossible for us to cope with the number that do. We are all voluntary and all have day jobs which limits our ability to monitor where threads go off topic.

 

We therefore kindly ask people to be self-regulatory in this matter and make good use of the icon, or better still consider once, twise, threee times if your post is relevant.

 

In light of which, I am also going to have to move this to the Comments section, sorry ;)

To a degree i enjoy reading some opposing views thats why i log on but my point is im getting tired of every topic nit picking about the board, granted some is relevant but some is purely point scoring and its daft

Admin will intervene if a post breaks our rules.

 

Currently, we don't have a rule preventing criticism of the club.

 

I think things are occasionally over-emphasised for effect, but to be honest that has happened on both sides of the argument, in my opinion.

 

I would suggest that the amount of criticism on here simply reflects the feelings of a significant majority of (but not all) OVF users who are fed up with the way the club is being run.

:upthevale:VPV you can start topics on anything you want, so the pre season has seen loads of anti-board topics, was always going to happen. Things are hopefully changing, very slowly, but we as fans deserve a voice. I cant wait for the season to start, (sitting in my Seth T-Shirt), but the club has come to the end of the road with a big "No Entry" sign.

I wish I could attend on Saturday, but my brain tells me I need to stay away until I receive an apology for all the lies that have been told.

Anyway up the Vale and I have full support for all the lads that wear the shirt.
