he was good for us here pal. played some great matches like bradford and bury i think it was. always wins everythin, works v hard and creates chances for Rico. He is a better option that j richards. top lad as well is popey

Whilst I agree this would be more productive, I don't think any of the players (with the possible exception of Green) you have put in the wing-back positions have the athleticism to play 90mins in that role.

I feel we'dbe more suited to a 4-3-3, Blackpool style. I think the midfielders we've got would be better suited to a 3 man midfield, with a first choice 3 of Loft, Roberts and Griff. Then up top, M Richards would be the central striker with the likes of Taylor, Williamson, Rigg, Haldane, Dodds supporting him.

 

Adams is quite an old school manager so can't see him changing his 4-4-2

i think we definatly need another striker as 3 in a squad isnt enough. We only have yates as a regular right back even though griffith can fill in there it might be usefull to bring in a back up right back.

Pope did nothing convince me last year, he may well be a local and mates with a few off here but that shouldn't be enough get in the squad.

 

I'm also a bit worried about the culture developing at the club, too many boozers, slackers and criminals. I'd like see us sign some professionals not another thug who likes the pop too much.
