Head of Portmeirion on 5Live

Senior bod was on 5live this morning as part of a discussion about the divide between North and South when it comes to job creation. Apparently over the past 10 years for every job created in 'the north' there have been 12 created in 'the south'.

 

Anyway he was telling everyone that there is no lack of skilled workers in SoT as far as his business is concerned, that they are recruiting, sales are on the up globally and interestingly he was adamant that HS2 must go ahead. He mentioned Bet365 as a another thriving Potteries based business.

 

For once in the national media someone being positive about SoT..it was great to hear.

Didn't catch his name..but he was a Brummie. He was very enthusiastic which was great to hear. For some reason sales are very big in South Korea !!!
