My money would be on Coventry to fill one of the play off places.

There we go a good draw keeps us in 9th and still 3 points of the play offs

Coventry will finish above us and take the last play off place. If we finish above Bradford, we will have had an excellent season.

Well it makes me feel a bit better that they have rubbish idiots in charge too, because yesterday we AGAIN had an absolute idiot running the line Lorne Street side. It's unfortunately becoming a scourge of our beautiful game, not to have professionals who allegedly know the rules refereeing and assistant refereeing.

 

Week in week out we have to endure patheticaly poor decisions and it really does my head in. Time for the FA to get to grips with the problem and ensure we progress in that direction.

Yet I'd suspect the League 1 refs make fewer mistakes over 90 minutes than the League 1 players they are officiating. I've been watching Vale for 20 odd years, and I reckon I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of games where a match has been solely influenced by poor refereeing. Rochdale at home last year is probably the most recent example.

I understand what you are saying, but that will never change. we are all humans and humans make errors.

i reckon if it could be proven then fans would be wrong about most offsides for example. we may think we can see it, but we aint always with the last defender.

in any case, what we talk about in the pub if it wasnt dodgy decisions? :)
