Yes his Dad did and occasionally posts on here....Daniel was fancied by Man Utd but did not come up to their expectations, we let him go as i don't think Grew'y fancied him.....He played in Greece and now Foyley is giving him a chance.....Good luck Daniel.

Be fair to the lad. Nobody knows what has happened, but he did land a trial at Man Utd less than 4 years ago. Someone must have seen some ability in him.

Its not just limited to ex-players. Look at the 'kind words' that people such as Loft have received recently! ;)

 

Truly is crackers especially when in this case no one can judge as he didn't get a run in the first team.

Daniel is the past......Lofty at this moment is the present........I personally hope he signs BUT at the end of the day his family happiness is paramount.....It will be sorted sooner than later i guess.

I'll stand by what I said--I'm struggling to think of many (or indeed, any) examples of players who have been released by MA and then gone on to make a big impact elsewhere.

Obviously, we are only talking about players signed by Sinnott/glover and Adams himself. If he signs someone then releases them because they are rubbish does that make him a good judgement of players? Doesn't prove anything either way to be honest. Probably should have kept hold of Mallon for a bit longer though.
