Most the season he has been very poor but he has been messed about in different positions. The last 5 or 6 games when he has been played in the center (the only position he should ever be played at, IMO) he has played very well again. He is easily our best center back and that is part of our problem as I think Debrah and Yak would much rather be playing in the center. We are weak at the wing back positions and unless we can find 2 good wing backs then we should change our formation to 4 at the back.

Not sure why some want Sang in the middle? He ain’t very good on the wing but his strongest point is crossing. I can’t see Sang being any better in the middle and I wouldn’t have him above Garrity, Ojo, Chislett, Walters or even Plant.

Exeter have never really looked in danger so Caldwell has never been under huge pressure of being sacked. Nobody can argue with the sacking of Clarke or Crosby after the bad runs we went on under their leadership.

Agree, but Carol should take some blame, Flitcroft was possibly right, she may well need a DOF, but she should have taken his advice and then gone through a process of getting the best DOF available. Crosby should not have been given the job without a thorough recruitment process and if still the best man available then fair enough. The same applies when Moore got the job, I can’t but help feel he got the job on the back end of the supporters vote where the biggest majority were calling for him. She must have experience of recruiting, you don’t have a business the size of hers without having a good recruitment policy. It seems that anyone who can win her over gets the job.

Fair enough. IMO, if he couldn’t bring on Loft to replace the knackered Funso he should have brought Walters on and pushed Garrity further up field in his preferred position. Moore’s substitutions have cost us lots of point's. He does not inspire me as a good tactician.

Did Loft take a knock? An I was thinking Moore actually did the right thing in dropping Loft and playing Uche plus Dippepa. I can’t even give him credit for that.

Correct, and given one game by many…never stood a chance. His points per game is better than Moore’s and he took us to the quarter final of the league cup with this load of crap.
