Where are the likes of an old Ray Wilkins/Alan Ball/Alan Hudson thesedays for Micky to grab an experienced midfield general/leader to steer our squad to further success? Blatantly obvious to true Valiants we want a man in the middle who can pass, control a game, have vision and lead the youngsters onto better things!! If we get just one of these some of our present squad will improve no end. Why the need for us to look for wide me at the moment? More pressing needs to be addressed first, imo.

Totally agree but will need to stop thinking of league 2 players this is as tough as league one will ever get its beginning to look like the championship with some big big budgets. Championship players at very least will be needed if we are even to survive. Just make sure they are none of the skivers that wolves are about to unload
