It does appear the more options given to Micky in terms of squad numbers the worse results have been. Micky and team were brilliant with a small squad and no options. The siege mentality worked. We were still really good until we all felt we had to strengthen.

In defence we were probably right.

Has Micky found his level and does he struggle knowing the market and making choices. Hughes tried and tested purse tried and tested griff tried and tested. Birchall tried and tested.

Adams unlike great managers has no clue about seeing potential. If the great JR had taken the same stance on Earle, walker bromage sproson etc etc. where would we have been

Totally get that and against all other players sat on the bench in league one right now. Would have signed griff myself at least yo know what your getting

Totally accept now is no the time for chancers . But don't think the time will ever be right with Micky get he does not know players strengths from other clubs but he appears not to know the strengths within our reserves or on our bench

The fact that Adams seems to rate Andrews over Williamson makes me question whether Calvin knows something about Micky that he doesn't want out in public.
