The perfect manager does not exist. A few get close, but not in L2. The main thing is to learn from any mistakes. All I want is promotion, MA should achieve it this season, the future can wait.

They don't seem very happy with the progress the club is making and they should be as they were instrumental in the changes made,i find it very strange but i'm an optimist by nature.

How long since the changes were made? Is it a month yet? Judge in May. Compared to this time last year, things are wonderful, but people are impatient and also are never satisfied, but how do you know they will not be happy in May?

i would hope that we would be promoted automatically which would i hope make all the supporters happy but some are dour by nature so some will find a grouse or three.

As to Micky the Messiah, he is, like the players at this level for a reason, I hope and believe he/they can go up a notch. He's not the best manager I've seen at the Vale, nor the worst, he is simply the current one so he, like the present players gets my support. However I reserve the right to both criticise and praise where I see fit as a paying customer.
