Season tickets for next season?

Cant make my mind up whether go and get them before end of april. i know people keep on about starve them out but this is my club and will support them through thick or thin whoever in charge! its what i look forward to at the weekend.

I read in the Financial Times this morning and on Martins Money Saving Tips website that it was a poor financial decision. They said an investment in a Icelandic bank or the Fanny May bank in the US was a safer bet!

as the saying goes "you can fool some of the people all of the time". ask yourself are you one of those people. you might support the vale through thick and thin but have you considered whether you will support them through thin and thinner because that is what you will be investing in .

Sorry,but if the performance on Saturday is what you look forward to then there must be something lacking in your life.For me,a large part of following the Vale,home and away,is about having a drink with mates, the discussions,the laughs,the idle banter.Even the protest after the game has an added spice nowadays.The football has become almost incidental. There can't be a fan on earth who takes any enjoyment out of their team playing the way the Vale did on Saturday and it's all down to Bratt and Co for their pig headed insistence on clinging to power.

I agree that its something to look forward to at the weekend, but with the wage budget likely to take a hit, how many times are you going to leave disappointed after another below per performance.

i didn't say it was wrong, i meant the poster feels it's wrong hence his post to try and find jusification for buying one.

You pays ya money ya make ya choice. Up to you for me its now become a principle thing. I don't like what I'm seeing either on the pitch or off it. I can't attend the protests but this way it shows my displeasure in the way the football club is run.

£50 extra is a lot of money but if I could see some hope of improvement all over I'd find it somehow.

things are tight at the moment due to the britannia saver account interest rate being so low.
