i think I counted nearly 40 stewards in front of the railway at the end of the game, why? The crowd today was approx 250 behind BY target. we could make up the 250 if we didn't have to pay for the military on show. :)

Something happened during the second half and there must have been about 15 stewards towards the front of the Railway paddock.Police never moved and never saw anyone be taken away.

Some idiot was told not to stand in the hatched area, and then he started pointed at the kids doing it. So the kids parents rightly so got a bit miffed that a grown man was upsetting his kids

I think the stewards make it worse for themselves they act as if they are fully trained SAS members, and that of course makes things turn worse... A few more police and cut the stewards by 1/3 and things would be better an hopefully cheaper

When we were at morecambe last weekend, when we scored the second goal a lot of us ran to cheer on the lads, and I was pushed really hard by a steward and all I wanted to do was celebrate, and being abit pee'd off that he hurt my chest I pushed him back, I think stewards need to tackle people on the pitch and not act as if they are police and feel like they can intimidate and push people around without no repercussions of people understandable getting pee'd off with there bully boy attitudes

My point is that we are desperate to save cash, so why so many. im not talking about what happened today, it's a simple question od cost cutting

That's true, Stewards don't get involved if there's nothing to get involved in. The numpty in the paddock today is there every game running up and down the front and standing in the hatched area, he moaned about the kids doing it and was rightly told by the parent where to go. In some instances it is probably safer for the kids to be watching the game from by the barrier but he couldn't understand that. I was close and all the Stewards asked him to do was to "please find a seat".
