How come the recent thread about the latest delays have been merged and the latest one with the new 24 hour extra now been closed?

 

Was the 24 hour extra one not supposed to be put up yet?

Becuase Melv it is, for all intent and purpose, an update on the previous SC statement.

We know that the administrator has a duty to get back the most money possible from the sale of the club. That is the Keith Ryder bid. But we are at a tipping point if Keith Ryder can't complete or won't complete for whatever reason(s). We also know the second bidder was close to the Keith Ryder bid. Therefore one hopes that the administrator has maintained a good working relationship with the second bidder and can switch over relatively smoothly because of hedging behind the scenes preparation.

 

From that post that was removed I could not discern the reasons for granting another day to Keith Ryder, but it is possible to activate the second bidder and run parallel for a day. With Keith Ryder we speculate about his problems - some acceptable and some not. Acceptable, moving money around, difficulty naming management team / board etc. Unacceptable, struggling to raise the funds or contesting contract conditions etc.

 

I guess we have to stay tuned to the soap opera tomorrow - oops today.
