I was trying to conjure up a starting eleven and there's a real issue at LB/LWB. I wouldn't start the new signing, it's too big a risk but I have no idea what to do. I'd almost be tempted to play Plant (out of position) as LWB but then who plays as RWB - Sang (who has been badly caught out of position recently)? Massey? Lomax (probably too great a gamble)? 

At any level, any footballer played out of position may say that they are happy just to play, the reality is that is will destroy them. They become professionals in their position by playing well in that position all of their lives then you think they may have to change at a professional level?

Even the discussion of this shows how bad we are. Plant scored a few goals last season I think, every player, rookie or veteren should always always always be in their natural position.

Just my opinion as a Sunday league player mind. 😀

Defo agree on Planty playing as an attacking midfielder he's wasted playing as LWB , the lad can score goals and he's got a bit of pace stick him up the pitch

Chat some crap you do 🙄 how is that not getting behind players? Point being he hasn’t even made the bench for months so highly unlikely he’s going to feature this weekend. I quite like Lomax actually if that makes you feel better

I'd still rather play Lomax 

I've seen faster asthmatic snails than Sang 

Hence he's better off in midfield 

Hence you put Lomax in at RWB who can actually run and shows some desire

How many games as wyn played who you want to put in at LWB for one of the biggest games of the season  🤔 👍 😆

Do you not need to be able to run in midfield? Look at what happened whenever we’ve played Lowe in there you still need legs that’s why I’d like see plant there. Last time he was in that role he was man of the match away at Ipswich

True. I wouldn’t be against Lomax playing but just can’t see it happening as he’s been nowhere near the first team for some time now. He’s no worse than Sang. As for Wynne they’ve obviously brought him in to play some part you’d think otherwise it’s pretty daft signing him with 4 games to go. Grant has been so poor this season so the only other options we have is plant or Wynne really. As you’ve already said plant needs to be further up the pitch

Lowe is shyte full stop though should be no where near the starting line up , imo
