Buying tickets for other people

I have an account to buy tickets.I have a ST but my 15 year old grandson doesn’t.I therefore need to buy him a ticket for home games.I want tickets for the 2 home next week for him.I try online on my account but it doesn’t allow me to buy the tickets because I am not a young teen,I have tried to open him account but it refuses that request because it says,he isn’t 18.Is there an issue,as per usual?Is anyone else having this problem?Or are they taking the pi55.?I haven’t had this problem before.As has been said on many occasions why do Port Vale make it so difficult to let you part with your money.?

 

P.S. 2 hours of my life I won’t get back.

It’ll normally allow you to add other people to your existing account.  If I sign into my account normally I can purchase a ticket and add the details of the recipient.  It’s been a while since I’ve needed to do this but give it a go, hopefully it’ll work without too much agro.

Glad it’s worked 👍🏻 You’ll no doubt have noticed that the details are saved, so in future you’ll just choose the name from the drop down and their details will be populated in the relevant fields, which makes life a bit easier for repeat purchases in the future.
