Its ok folks nothing really to worry about its just the sentinel trying to whip up a storm in a teacup regarding the fact that HMRC could block the CVA as they are owed £190k and will vote against the CVA going through

 

It is highly unlikely they will have enough votes to kill it anyway so its really a non-story

HMRC are the third biggest creditor with the Council being the first with over 69% of the vote we only need 6% votes of the other creditors to push the CVA through

 

The Council is expected to vote for the CVA but nothing is guarranteed!

Two thoughts, Ant. Don't shoot me down

 

1. If 800k is going to the Council, does that get wiped off and dilute their percentage of debt?

 

2. Did Ryder put the £100k in to tip the balance in the same way as the Board did with Lee's shares before the EGM.

 

Bear in mind that Ryder is an Accountant AND met with MOLD reps before Admin.

2) its a slim possibility, a massive risk as other bidders could have bid more, equally when involving anything V2001/MOLD we know they didnt have a pot to **** in so are hardly likely to risk 100k

Hope you don't mind me adding to that Ant, but there was an interesting comment from Paul Humphries with regards to this conspiracy theory on the other side. He basically highlighted point 2. As well as that, you've also got the fact, that they might of been crafty buggers ie Lee's shares, however judging by how they have run the club the last 8 years, they are unlikely to be that clever.
