I started a thread just about mark simms walking through main doors straight after the game. also family member, who works inside the club just told me they iver heard a conversion....talkin about share issue and saying..we will be ok once "he" is in. now who "he" is,is anyones guess. thats why i think they are going get begging bowl out for mark simms.Im also told a heated argument started after these comments. person getting heated was described as pretty tall..whitr/grey hair a beard and oldish...family member obviously to me has just described glenn oliver!

Oliver no longer has a beard though, does he?

You sure it wasn't Santa Claus? :D

I've just got back from Vale Park' date=' having gone down for the annual Black and Gold post-match demo. Mark Sims, Alan Baker and Old Sage went to meet Mike Lloyd and Bill Lodey, for around 20 mins I'd say. When they emerged into the Burslem chill, they informed around 60 of us that Lloyd has no intention of going anywhere and that we ARE NOT going into admin in the morning. Alan said that when asked about this and other aspects concerning the financial situation, he just laughed it all off! A lot of the players were emerging from Vale Park at this time. Rob Taylor limped to his car and has said it could be 2 weeks in the physio room. Clayton McDonald and Adam Yates both stayed silent and Tom Pope is as frustrated as we all are with what's happening to our beloved football club. Vale In The Blood and Itwasthelightsthatdidit - pleased to have spoken to you both and put faces to people.[/quote']

Ah well, whoopee-do!

When will this end?

I agree, but I honestly don't believe that the club will last till the EGM happens without us going into admin.
