I personally don't understand everyone's love of griff. OK he's hardworking and can tackle, but he is such a poor footballer. It is no coincidence to me that he has played every minute of every game and our midfield looks woeful ( albeit it's often bypassed). Loft and morsy are our two best midfielders. Roberts thinks he's better than he is

 

He is composed on the ball, and retains possession better than any other player (I don't have proof of that). His quality on the ball is often overlooked, and people only tend to notice the one pass in ten that doesn't quite go right.

 

he's all you need in the CDM position. Wins the ball cleanly, works hard, makes life difficult for the opposition, and is composed on the ball and finds a teammate without trying to do too much.

Or alternatively, you could look at the facts and the quality of teams we played in each period. Your agenda serves no purpose, like it or lump it, he is one of our best players & one of a very select few that could play in League One

roberts needs to come back in to change things around. Griffith and Roberts shouldn't play together as a partnership in the middle and so griff to the bench for me with loft in the middle. Something needs to change put it that way, plus Griffith was **** against Swindon. Just need2 wingers then...
