In a rush so not sure if this has already been resolved. However, I emailed Perry regarding the confusion over the 24.9%.

 

Perry replied very promptly and gave the answer to the question I asked:

 

"Mike and I came back from the U.S. Having secured £400,000 in new share purchases.

 

This represents just below 24.9% of club stock (80,000 x £5.00 shares)."

......... is this the £400,000 that Lloyd and Deakin insist does not exist?

From the '141 Q&A'...

 

SHARES

Will the £400k investment in equity be in the name of the company or an individual and what/who will that be?

 

Again this is an assumption I understand thrown out by The Sentinel in its report of the announcement £400k doesn’t exist.

 

Has there been a purchase of 'New' Shares or have Blue Sky purchased existing shares?

 

New shares

 

£400,000 is to be spent on acquiring shares, is that the exact figure? Are these new shares and, if so, what shareholding is to be given to Blue Sky (in percentage terms)?

 

£400k doesn’t exist.

 

Will any of this £400,000 go towards paying Bratt or Oliver or any other former director such as Jackson and Meigh, for their shares? We need to understand whether previous directors will still have a major interest in the club and whether they may still hold the club to ransom?

 

£400k does not exist!!!!! No former or soon to be former directors will be able to hold the club to ransom.

400k didn't exist! But it does now. Why must you always put a negative spin on good news?

Stop acting like a bunch of intellectually challenged individuals.

 

I agree, it could well be very good news. I say could be as I simply don't know the ins and outs.

 

However Perry clearly states that they came back from the US with the GBP400,000 investment.

 

Therefore 400,000 pounds did exist when the 141 questions were answered.

Not sure if am rite here but they did not say it was all from BS did they? What I can tell from here is that part is from BS and part from :carnt remember his name: the sentinel said, I think ,it was all from BS and this is were the confusion comes from,if that makes any sense.
