I think Rigg has benefitted from Tom Pope's presence. OK Tom has no pace whatsoever, but he wins lots in the air, can hold the ball and lay it off and takes up defenders attention, I think has freed up a bit of space for Sean to benefit

Lookout -we have a real troublemaker here - someone who actually understands what is happening on the pitch. :)

I agree with you totally CV.

We saw the same with McPhee. **** for a few years and then suddenly sprung to life. Also noticed how many people came out of the woodwork and said,"I always knew *insert name* had ability, I said as much when we signed him"..

Actually quite amusing. He's had a good start, that is all. Remember a certain striker last season started like a brick ****house only to turn out to be utter drivel.

Come off it flower, McPhee was always a quality player, just went a season where he couldn't finish his dinner! You're right about Rigglett, he's only scored in 2 games, we shouldn't be putting him down as a world beater just yet. I will say that he has all the qualities to be a top class striker in this division. UTV!

If he keeps progressing, sure. He's only 22 remember, looks older and it feels like he's been around for a while (it's 5 years since Cotterill smacked his head in).

From the first 2 games i saw Rigg play (against Grimsby and Burton - where he played up front with Rico) i instantly said hes just what we needed up front and if played up front every week for me he'd get 15 goals, as to me he is the only natural finisher at the club other than Dodds and I guess Rico..... then Rigg got moved to the wing and played averagely
