Hello. Just a couple of things, probably one or two gremlins that weren't cleared up since the last update but I thought you might want to know about them.

 

Last week when I was accessing via the front page, it would show a blank login and password box as though I wasn't logged in, but I was logged in and when I clicked through into a thread it would be back to normal.

 

As of today, when I go to the frontpage it says Hi [other person's username]! randomly. However, when I click on a thread I'm me again.

 

Also, the Latest Forum Posts thing isn't up to date, it's usually about an hour or so behind.

I had the same, a few different peoples usernames have come up, not always the same one.

Also, on the side bar, I assume what is meant to say "hot topic" actually says Hop Topic.

Ok it's the cache I'm trying out. I'll switch it off.

 

The cache is an attempt to speed up page load but clearly it isn't working for everyone.

That was because I was rushing for a train when I tried to do it, I'll correct that...

The cache is now switched off. What it was doing was saving images and various modules so it loads quicker. But the downside was that things that update rapidly (like the latest posts) were not updating as a result. So, now the front page should be operating correctly.
