No excitement about fixtures

The fixtures are released today and no-one on OVF appears even slightly bothered, this tells its own sad story and serves as an accurate barometer of the truly tortuous state that club finds itself in thanks entirely to the non-resignation of the board.

I hope the first game of the season is away due to it being traditionally one of the highest gates of the season for the teams that kick off at home

Then I hope the first home game of the season is one of those unattractive games with a team that hardly brings any support.

I touched on it yesterday in the fixtures thread, there is usually massive interest with everyone having an input on who they want first and when Torquay away will be etc but yes, I agree, them have knocked the stuffing out of us fans and I hate them with a passion to what they have done to our club and they will never be forgiven for it!:(

Wrong, me for one, my mates, and my family are all looking forward to the fixtures coming out today..

Already had a good week with the Carling Cup draw dropping nicely for us..

Who will we get at home first, last, Xmas, Boxing Day, our friends at Crewe and Macc, The Dons, The ever friendly Shrews, Torquay weekend, Plymouth weekend and Paulo Di Canio at the Vale !!!

Roll on August....:D
