Imagine you were in negotiations with the Board to get out of the current predicament,which is making everyone's head hurt. What would be your fallback position. As a negotiator you have an overall objective, in this case to get rid of the current board,but what is your fall back objective ie the minimum you would accept. Just saying get them all out isn't going to happen. So how would you make progress towards that goal?

the thing is that there are some who share Andyregs view (and although I don't necessarily agree 100%, I totally respect and understand that opinion), but I'm afraid, as you say, it may not be that simple. This is not going to happen overnight!

 

This may be a long and drawn out process, but the end goals are always going to be and WILL always be the same.

 

And I fell certain the result WILL be the same! They will go, but we just have to learn patience!

 

MS WILL be on the board!

NLV rep WILL be on the board!

The 3 amigons WILL NOT be on the board!

Another fans rep WILL be on the board!

New investment brining new directors who WILL be on the board!

 

I predict ALL of this WILL happen, I just can't say when!

After reading Malcs post and having time to digest it I reckon I'm thinking much the same as yourself. I can't see NLV working so bliddy hard to give it all away and maybe, as you say, we should perhaps be a little patient and see how it pans out. :yes:

Well put, they are also involving others, I think it will be a group decision. Lets see what the Three Amigos do.
