Daily Mail and geography

The Telegraph and Sun are my favourites for sport especially the Sun's football pullout on Monday.

I do indeed think it's the best..but no one has bothered to ask me why I think that...hey ho. Obviously a knee jerk reaction is easier than asking why.

 

I am sure they get 1000s of emails every day so it may take time to respond, if they can be bothered to.

 

 

Now be honest, you've never needed to be asked why on anything before, one thing I do admire about your posts is the explanations and thoughts you put down to show what is behind them, even if I often disagree with the reasoning. So the knee-jerk remark is not really right here.

 

I'm just surprised that you admire the sensationalist side so much - why not read the Daily Sport as they are much better at it, and not so stuffy and patronising with it. You give the British public too much credit, they do believe all they read in many cases, especially the stuff from the Mail and Express, even more than The Sun and Star.

I don't ádmire it, I find it amusing if anything. The Sport is/was just a comic as far as I am concerned and to be treated as such (didn't it cease publication a few years back..although I believe it has an online presence)...I don't find the Mail at all stuffy nor patronising..quite the opposite in fact

Well I'm a sucker for trusting people..I know some people (I don't include your good self) think the great British public are too thick to get these things but i don't; those that read it, get it. If they don't read it and just go by what others tell them about it..well.....their loss
