I know this is rightly going to be overshadowed by the news that Robbie has given his proxy to the Supporters Club (Well done to all invloved, great job ===) but in the article about Taylor being released on the Sentinel web site, there is this comment from MA on why he has not yet offered Gary Roberts a new contract

 

"I'm talking to them both about life both on and off the pitch."

 

This is the type of approach and insight that makes MA the right manager for us and I for one am feeling very optimistic about the future:yes:

Spot on!!Micky got Roberts life back on track and he was a class player under his guidance.If he doesn't want the same strict rules next season he should be shown the door, as he owes us all big time.Coupled with today's news ref-Angel Robbie lets make VP a fortress next season and vocally get behind the team even if one or two are having a rough time.Lets get back into Div1 and who knows what progress can be made with our potential now!!!!GO ARRRRRRRRN VALE

Still worth redemption.

 

I imagine you did (I've not made any secret of the fact I didn't go between Oxford away and Christmas). Maybe you could tell me his last good game then? I'll give you a clue. It was before Christmas. If you think that's "worth redemption" then I hope you don't expect promotion next year :)
