why dont we ever have any players on the post for set pieces!!!!!!! ive just watched bradfords goal, good header but would have easily been dealt with with a player on the line, considering we were in stoppage time im shocked this dodnt happen. I wont list them all but there has been countless times this season, where we havent done this and conceded - is Adams against it or Chris Neal doesnt want it????

Excellent summation of the events last night. Jones was struggling to walk in the second half and should have been replaced by JMW in the obligatory 65th minute. Pope (or 'Purp' as his name was announced pre-match) does not suit a hoof it down the middle with back to the defenders system. If the long ball is the preferred way now (did we really play with two wingers in the past) then I would favour Hugill and Tomlin (or Williamson) upfront.

It was marginally better than last Saturday, Alan; it had to be as Bradford were noticeably better than Shrewsbury. At least we had some efforts at goal last night.

And my money would be on Bradford finishing above us at the end of the season. Just my opinion, of course.

It's a long time since I've seen Vale attack a team at Vale Park like Bradford did last night.

i'll happily (well not happily) watch vale get beat if they have a go, i'm not spending time and money going to watch that toss though
