The Articles cant be based on the Taxes Act , they should be based on the Companies Act.

 

Companies Act = Company Law

 

Taxes Act = Tax Law

 

Different things.

 

And it isnt the Articles its the Charter which the solicitor says is neither here nor there.

No he was saying that Mo and Marks bid could even be considered because of the law in place, which didn't apply to them anyway. He also more or less confirmed that if Mo and Marks bid was illegal, then so is V2001's shareholding
