Expecting to see big improvement this game, to be fair to them this is first time DM & new coaches have had a full week to work with players, will be very disappointed if it does not show some positive results on the pitch. Players need to show up.

I’m afraid Carol has painted herself into a corner with the open letter, if she changed her mind now she would look extremely foolish, is she a big enough person to do that, I’m not sure she is. It never ceases to amaze me how highly intelligent & successful people completely lose their minds when owning a football club. The biggest mistake she had made is treating “Flickers” as a friend instead of an employee, people like him are only ever after themselves. Just hope we don’t end up like Bury. All we can do as supporters is continue to let our feelings be known until she comes to her senses and be there to help the club when she does.

You clearly have no understanding of what the DOF does, the manager says what type of player he would like the DOF is responsible for finding & recruiting them

The quickest way to increase revenue is to have a successful and entertaining product on the pitch this increases attendances,Merchandise,advertising etc which then gives you the funds to improve infrastructure not the other way round. I applaud Carol & the board for their long term vision and agree with them ( apart from the style of play which is boring ) but we have to get our priorities in the right order.

Biggest problem for me is the total lack of character & personality of the players, doesn’t matter who the manager is if the players don’t care or simply don’t want it enough. We are constantly told by Flitcroft et al about how much work & due diligence goes into getting the right characters at the club, so where are they !!
