With Terry and Ferdinand retiring and the "golden" era of players phasing out

What do you reckon the 1st 11 should be?

 

I think we should try to build partnerships across the pitch

 

I think at CB the way forward is Jones and Smalling they compliment each other they'r not great but only young and can hopefully improve

Also they are both at the same club which should help their partnership

 

So all together I'd probably go for something like this

I'm trying to look at what the squad will be in 2 years or so but I think we struggle with wide players who can deliver a good ball that's why I've put Baines in to try to make up for that

 

 

Also Sturridge, Sterling, Cleverley, A Carroll, T Carroll, Moses, lallana, And Shaw could probably be in there

 

Ultimately I think we need to completely change the youth coaching and academy process to compete

Actually yeah he played for England at youth level but then switched to Nigeria

I think Nolan should have been given a chance when he was at Bolton I think it might be too late now unfortunately

Defo put Lampard before Gerrard at this moment in time. Never was a Lampard fan until recently but his performances outway Gerrards by a mile plus he scored 20+ goals again this season...
