Well he's some need to talk on that. Our recruitment is not and has not been fit for purpose for years now. Unless the whole process is reviewed honestly and the mistakes positively identified I fear that we will simply continue dropping the same clangers as previously. It surely should not be difficult, Brady must know how he wants to set up so get in players that will fit into that system. Add in a bit of flexibility and bish bash bosh, you have a competitive squad. The scattergun approach has been proven not to work, SO DON'T BLOODY WELL TRY IT YET AGAIN.....

My reading of his comments is that is exactly what he's trying to do!

Well, hopefully he will get the players he wants, then gets them playing the way he wants. It does put pressure on Brady to get results if the majority of the squad are "his" players as opposed to someone else's dross.
