Perhaps they are expecting a raid from v2001 for everything they didn't nick that wasn't nailed down before they were booted out! ;)

 

The only thing left after them lot was clive. Not sure they want to nick him :D

****** hell, looks like they are going be busy, coaching, playing, cleaning boots, tea boys, admin staff, groundsman, turnstile operators, stewards and team manager all in one!!!

 

They are as qualified to perform any of those roles as they at coaching, so we might as well roll all the individual responsibilities into one massive, substandard ball.

I wouldn't miss Grew thou, I don't think his pre-match training sessions are much good for our outfield players and I don't feel he has worked much to iron out fairly obvious weakenesses in the keepers.

 

The man is doing a job he is not qualified for. Professional trainers are very important in my opinion and we are shooting ourselves in the foot by persevering with a goalkeeping coach who doesn't make the players in his care any better. Tommo was better when he first joined the club. Only under Grew's watchful eye has he developed into the calamitous wreck he is now. The keepers either get worse or don't make any progress when he trains them. We need to get players on the cheap and mould them into players worth their metal, but without good coaches we are signing crap players and keeping them at the same ineffectual level.
