Anyone got any idea if this might be likely to happen? I suppose they'd have to find Miller first!

 

I would think that someone will HAVE to pay up.Be it Deakin,Miller or Blue Sky.I'd prefer be both Deakin and Miller being forced to pay up even if they cant afford to and so lose any asset's they have to pay up for the nil paid share's.

Thanks. I don't give a damn about mine but my glee that Lloyd and Oliver have lost their money is tempered by the fact that many other parties are similarly disposed.

 

You would be very naive to think that they have lost all of their money.

 

They knew this was coming along time ago, and have hung on long enough to filter money out of the club for themselves

No - the Old Company in which you have shares shares will cease to exist, and the CVA will be serviced by a NEWCO.

 

That's correct. Like when Bill Bell lost control of Port Vale the first time, any shares he had became worthless.

 

The new owners will set up a new company to run Port Vale I believe and then all old company assets (ground, players, etc) will be transfered over to new company, most importantly Football League membership.

 

Effectively V2001 membership and shares are worthless.
