You reckon?? Have a look at the League 1 table again and i think you will see different. The journeys are massive in League 1 compared to now so i can't see any more revenue from home gates at all ;)

 

Rubbish.

 

Distances are further but a Sheffield Wednesday team, first game, last or boxing day, and or with them doing well in the league and they would bring more fans to vale park than 10-12 away teams in this league combined.

 

I'd be surprised if we didn't make 10 times what we make from away L2 fans if we went up.

I'm not so sure DD. Let's remember that the two Sheffield clubs, if we play them next season, are both on downward spirals. The country as a whole has yet to fully feel the impact of Public Spending cutbacks and it is my opinion that whatever revenue you think we could make from away fans next year you should reduce it by 25%
