We all know that most,if not all January signings don’t come off. As I’ve previously stated we aren’t going down and this season will be a success in comparison to our last three seasons. JA is sitting on the fence, the only reason we should buy players is to improve the starting 11 and push for either automatic promotion or the play offs. If we don’t think we’re capable of either of the above then don’t waste the money. Hopefully the Taylor deal will be sorted and he’ll have extended his stay. That’ll be enough for me, just because there is a transfer window, doesn’t necessarily mean that you’ve got to buy someone. Just get the players we have who we see as starting on a regular basis next season signed. These players have bills and mortgages to pay so surely some security would influence their decision making. That’s unless they’ve be tapped up by another club or their agent advises them not to sign knowing that there’s something else on the horizon. The only ppl who don’t know what happens in the world of football regarding players, is the fans. By the time they know it’s common knowledge
