well folks as the thread title says . would you like to sell your shares ?seeing as it is likely that the very reason you bought your shares (to have a say in the running of the club) will become impossible when the new share purchases take place .

 

your voice will not be heard as a small shareholder , so don't you think you have a right just like bill bratt to your money back ? if you wish to leave your money where it is as a gift then fair enough but if you want your money back you deserve to .

What a crock. Small shareholders have never had a say anyway, this new deal changes nothing. If you bought shares to have a say, then you made a mistake (all be it one based on some dubious statements from the old guard). Get over it.

Sainsburys shares have value and will under King do very well in the long term,one of the reasons for the temporary stagnation is the major expansion plan they have undertaken.

 

Port Vale shares were sold with a promise it was a fan run club and that buying shares would make a difference and were therefore miss sold, never again would we return to the dictatorship of Bell (Read Bratt )

 

There is no value in Vale shares and future is not as promising as Sainsburys so in my opinion your argument is flawed.

By my world, you mean the real world. However, the lies were told by the people no longer running the show. Its a sunk cost, so by definition it needs to be "let go". Its no use blaming the new bunch for the lies of the old bunch.

Exactly my sentiments, us small stake holders are in the same position we've always been in. Why do some people delight in tryin make issuses over everything?

I will get over it if the club will buy my shares back I was tricked into buying them in the first palce

avim , it is a real pity you weren't about to convince people it was a crock and that they were being lied to at the time. you could have been the saviour to many a mug , approx 900 or so at a guess?

 

fans bought shares in good faith but are expected to lump it while one of the old guard walks away with his money back + 260k + perks , priceless stuff.

I was merely pointing out human nature whether you think its right or wrong, its whats in some people's nature, thats life.

 

I personally have "let go" however there are a number of critical questions that PD & ML are not answering, perhaps they should "let go" of the type of actions that the people previously running the show carried out.

I held shares in the old company liquidated by Bill Bell,I held those just so I could be a shareholder and attend the AGM's

 

V2001 sold their shares under the banner of you can make a difference and that has now proved to be a lie

fans (invested) to gain the opportunity to have a say in the running of their club , in the hope that they would be listened to , (not ) for financial gain .
