Deakin Or Bratt

butt lane vale fan

Recommended Posts

Wanted to keep this thread separate from the Perry Deakin poll, as it then ensures exposure.

At the moment there seems to be a few suggestions that Bratt, is trying to block investment. Personally I don't know, but perhaps Stone Valiant or someone else close to the Blue Sky deal can confirm, whether the deal is actually signed and sealed?

However if it is the case, that, there is a snag and in the absence of Mark Sims decision, then by voting against Deakin joining the Board, are fans shooting us in the foot, by keeping Bratt in Situ.

Personally, I'd rather have Deaking, as he is seeking investment unlike Bratt who seems to block everything, not to mention Deaking, seems to be tens times more professional.

personly i agree id have deakin over bratt anyday at least deakin has some experience of working on a proper board

Glad you understood, what I'm getting at mate, banging headache this morning. But totally agree, that's why I think it's vital we know whether the Blue Sky deal, is being blocked by Bratt, before fans decide to vote against Deaking.

They are playing the fans like a fiddle...Bratt or Deakin...neither.

They have got an already elected Director who they have blocked and prevented from doing the necessary routine due dilligence for three months.....this needs sorting out first.

Mark Sims has the Robbie Williams proxy as the fans representative

and was elected by the shareholders at the EGM but Lloyd and Deakin are laughing in the fans face and giving the two fingered salute........

either they let an elected Director take up office or they continue to

prevent Mark Sims from seeing the books and are not fit for office.

Personaly I wouldn't touch the pair of them with a barge pole, what should be happening if Bratt is blocking the Bluesky investment, is to call a meeting of shareholders to vote on the deal, then hopefuly it would put an end to Bratt, Deakin and Lloyd taking the shareholders for ride, and we could all move forward as one unit.

The only down side with a shareholder vote mate, is remember Jackson, Meigh and Bratt have a large amount of shares and could block any investment. Be careful what, we wish for and all that.

Totally agree about, if Bratt is blocking the deal, he needs to be exposed. That's why fans need urgent clarification.

I'm with you as far as Jackson and Meigh having a large amount of shares, but some major shareholders stitched them up at the EGM, if them same shareholders plus Lloyds shares, stitched Bratt up, not only would we get rid of him from out of the board room, the club would not have to pay him off.

Jean, Why has Mr Bratt continually stated that he's ready to resign from the board many times over the past 18 months or so, but failed to do so. I'm not sure that getting his money back is the main problem with the bloke. I also happen to think that he's reluctant to vanish the perks and status within the community that the last 8 years or so have brought him.
